How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We aim to respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST). For urgent technical issues, include your account email and a detailed description so we can prioritise your request and get you back to trading as quickly as possible.
What information should I include when reporting an issue?
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include your account email, the MetaTrader 5 terminal log (found under Tools > Options > Expert Advisors), the TradingSgnl EA version you are using, and a clear description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
Do you offer live chat or phone support?
Yes — we offer support via in-app chat as well as email. The in-app chat is the fastest way to reach us for quick questions, while email is best for detailed technical issues where you need to share logs or screenshots. Phone support is not currently available.
I have a question about billing or my subscription — who should I contact?
For billing, plan changes, cancellations, or refund requests, send us an email at support@tradesgnl.com with your account email in the subject line. We handle all billing queries directly and aim to resolve them within one business day.
Are you open to partnerships or integrations?
