This service, including the TradeSgnl product, website, and all associated tools and platforms, is operated by Horizon Trades Limited, which owns and manages TradeSgnl. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Horizon Trades Limited. Horizon Trades Limited offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By creating an account, using TradeSgnl EA, TradeSgnl Portal, TradeSgnl Strategy Builder, or any part of the Service, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website, TradeSgnl EA, Portal, or TradeSgnl Strategy Builder. By accessing or using any part of TradeSgnl's services or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, TradeSgnl Portal, or use any services.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS

  • Service: Refers to any product, feature, or functionality provided by TradeSgnl, including TradeSgnl EA, TradeSgnl Portal, and TradeSgnl Strategy Builder.
  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • TradeSgnl EA: Our Expert Advisor that facilitates automated trading between TradingView and MetaTrader platforms.
  • TradeSgnl Strategy Builder: A tool that enables users to create and customize trading strategies for use with TradingView.
  • TradeSgnl Portal: The user interface where clients can view their licenses, manage subscriptions, view signals, and perform other administrative tasks. By accessing the Portal, users fully accept these Terms.
  • AI Credits: The unit of consumption for AI-powered features of the Service, including Trading Insights, the TradingView AI Chrome extension, and Strategy Lab. Each subscription tier includes a monthly AI Credit allowance.

SECTION 2 - RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRADING

By using TradeSgnl, you declare that you are aware of and accept the risks associated with trading in financial markets. Trading in financial markets can result in substantial losses, including your initial investment. TradeSgnl does not provide financial advice. Users acknowledge that TradeSgnl is not liable for losses, trading opportunities foregone, system errors, or any downtime. TradeSgnl does not compensate or insure such losses.

Third-Party Dependencies

TradeSgnl relies on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Azure for cloud and backend services, brokers chosen by the user/client, MetaTrader, and TradingView, to provide its services. TradeSgnl is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or limitations resulting from these platforms. You acknowledge that any issues or delays caused by third-party platforms are beyond TradeSgnl's control and accept full responsibility for any resulting risks or losses.

SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the site. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any copyright laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfers. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

SECTION 5 - DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

TradeSgnl collects usage data for facilitating the TradingView to MetaTrader integration. By using TradeSgnl services, you consent to the tracking of actions like types and timing of trades, and other relevant activities for improving service functionality. All data collected is used to optimize performance and improve user experience.

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

By using the Service, including TradeSgnl EA, Portal, and TradeSgnl Strategy Builder, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and billing information. Subscription fees are billed automatically based on the subscription plan selected.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You will be charged for the next billing cycle on the renewal date using the payment method provided. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following period.

Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. TradeSgnl does not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of the Service. Any refund provided as an act of goodwill may incur administrative fees, usually to cover bank charges incurred in the process of payment. These fees are not for profit-making purposes, and we aim to be as fair as possible.

SECTION 7 - AI CREDITS AND FAIR USE

AI Credits power AI-driven features of the Service, including Trading Insights, the TradingView AI Chrome extension, and Strategy Lab. Each subscription tier includes a monthly AI Credit allowance, and trial accounts receive a smaller introductory allowance. This section sets out how AI Credits are issued, consumed, and used fairly.

Monthly Allowance and Reset

AI Credits are issued on a calendar-month cycle. Your allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), regardless of the day you subscribed or last used the Service. Unused AI Credits do not roll over and are forfeited at the start of the next month.

How Credits Are Consumed

Each AI request consumes AI Credits in proportion to the total volume of language-model tokens it processes, counting both the input you send and the output you receive. One AI Credit currently corresponds to a fixed number of tokens defined by our configuration. We may adjust this conversion rate over time to reflect changes in underlying model pricing, capability, or usage patterns. Material changes will be communicated in advance via the Portal or by email.

No Cash Value, No Refunds, No Transfers

AI Credits have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and are not refundable in whole or in part, including under the goodwill provisions of Section 6. AI Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or pooled between accounts. Any AI Credits remaining when a subscription ends, is cancelled, downgraded, or suspended are forfeited and will not be reinstated on a future subscription.

One Account, One User

AI Credits are issued for the personal use of the account holder. You may not share your account, license code, or API credentials with other individuals, and you may not aggregate AI Credit allowances across multiple accounts. Each individual or entity that wishes to use AI features must hold their own active subscription.

Fair Use

The Service is designed for interactive use by an individual trader. The following uses are not permitted, even where AI Credits remain in your allowance:

  • Automating, scripting, or programmatically driving AI features to consume AI Credits beyond what a human user could reasonably produce.
  • Using AI features to build, power, or supplement a separate product, service, or commercial offering, including reselling AI outputs as a paid service.
  • Attempting to bypass, defeat, or circumvent AI Credit limits, rate limits, or feature gates, including by creating multiple accounts.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting AI outputs to train or fine-tune third-party models.
  • Generating content that violates Section 14 (Prohibited Uses), applicable law, or the acceptable use policies of the underlying language-model providers.

Throttling and Suspension

We may slow responses, queue requests, impose soft rate limits, or temporarily suspend access to AI features where we observe consumption patterns that appear automated, abusive, or materially inconsistent with normal interactive use, even where you have AI Credits remaining. For repeated or wilful violations of this section, we may permanently disable AI features on your account or terminate the Service under Section 17.

AI Output Is Informational, Not Advice

Analyses, Pine Script, strategy ideas, commentary, and any other content produced by AI features are generated automatically by language models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing every AI output before relying on it, deploying it to a live account, or treating it as a basis for any trading decision. The disclaimers and risk acknowledgements in Section 2 apply in full to AI-generated content.

SECTION 8 - DATA COLLECTION AND USE

We collect information during sign-up to ensure fair promotions and trial use. This data is stored securely and used only for internal purposes. For further details, please review our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - DEVICE ID COLLECTION

When you sign up for our services, we may capture your device ID to address potential trial abuse. This information helps us maintain the integrity of our trial offers and ensures that our promotions are used fairly. The device ID will be stored securely and used solely for this purpose.

SECTION 10 - FORCE MAJEURE

Horizon Trades Limited will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, government actions, or service interruptions from third-party platforms.

SECTION 11 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if the information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The content on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon for making trading decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or current sources. Any use of the information on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TradeSgnl does not guarantee that the use of its Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied.

Comprehensive Waiver of Liability

Horizon Trades Limited and TradeSgnl will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses, lost trading opportunities, downtime, or errors in transmission. This waiver applies to all claims, including but not limited to claims for trading mistakes, interruptions in service, third-party failures, or system errors. Users are fully responsible for their trading actions and any resulting consequences.

SECTION 13 - USER RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring the security of your login credentials. You agree to immediately notify TradeSgnl of any unauthorized access or breach of security related to your account.

SECTION 14 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others.
  • Uploading malicious code or spam.
  • Engaging in illegal trading activities or violating financial regulations.

TradeSgnl reserves the right to terminate access to its Services for any prohibited use.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Horizon Trades Limited and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 16 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available through our Service may include links to third-party websites. Horizon Trades Limited is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and will not be liable for any damages arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review third-party policies before engaging with their content.

SECTION 17 - TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. Horizon Trades Limited may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You are liable for all charges incurred up to the date of termination.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

SECTION 19 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under Egyptian law. The customer agrees to bear the full cost of the arbitration process, including any expenses incurred by Horizon Trades Limited.

SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
