Sgnl AI Chat History

Sgnl AI is our chat assistant inside the TradeSgnl Portal. Where we retain your conversations with Sgnl AI on our servers, we keep each conversation for no longer than 90 days from the date it was last opened or added to, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. We may delete conversations sooner at our discretion, including to limit how much personal data we hold, to manage storage, or to keep your chat history focused on what you are actively using.

You can ask for any specific conversation to be deleted at any time by following the Data Deletion process below.

The TradeSgnl Chrome extension does not store your chat history on our servers. Conversations you have inside the extension are kept only in your browser and remain there until you sign out, clear them, or uninstall the extension.

Other Personal Information

We retain account information, billing records, trading activity, and other personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. To request earlier deletion of your data, see the Data Deletion section below.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

DATA DELETION

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. We are committed to ensuring you can exercise this right easily and transparently.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, you can:

  • Email us at privacy@tradesgnl.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include your account email address and any relevant details to help us locate your data

Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can remove your data by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
  3. Find TradeSgnl and click Remove
  4. Contact us at privacy@tradesgnl.com to confirm full deletion of your data from our servers

What Happens After a Deletion Request

  • We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active systems
  • Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before being fully purged
  • Data required for legal or regulatory compliance may be retained as permitted by law

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities and to distinguish you from other users of our Services. This helps us provide you with a good experience when you browse our Services and allows us to improve them.

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.

CHROME EXTENSION

The TradeSgnl Chrome extension helps you analyse charts and create price alerts on TradingView from a sidepanel next to your chart. This section explains what the extension reads, what it stores, and where data is sent — in addition to the practices described above.

What the extension reads

  • Your TradingView session, when you ask for a price alert. To create or change an alert on your behalf, the extension reads a short security value from your existing TradingView login so TradingView accepts the request as coming from you. We do not copy your TradingView password or session, and nothing about it leaves your browser.
  • The chart you're looking at, when you ask the AI a question or run a workflow. This includes the symbol, the timeframe, the indicators on screen and their current values, and — only if you explicitly request it — a screenshot of the chart. We send this to our AI service so it can answer about what's actually in front of you. It is not kept after your conversation.

What the extension stores on your device

  • Your sign-in for TradeSgnl, so you don't have to log in every time you open Chrome.
  • Your chat history, your cached profile, and your saved workflow preferences, so your sessions and setups carry across browser restarts. All of this stays on your device.

Where data is sent

The extension only talks to two places: TradeSgnl, for sign-in, AI chat, and your account information; and TradingView, on your behalf, when you ask it to create or modify an alert. It does not connect to any other service.

How we use this information

Our use of information from the extension follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:

  • We use this information only to provide and improve the features you see in the extension.
  • We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising or unrelated analytics.
  • We do not use it to decide whether to lend you money or to assess your creditworthiness.
  • No one at TradeSgnl reads your data, except with your permission, to comply with the law, or to investigate a specific problem you've reported.

How to revoke access

You can stop the extension from accessing your account at any time. Sign out from inside the extension or from the TradeSgnl portal, or remove the extension from your browser's extensions page. Uninstalling clears the data the extension stored on your device; signing out also revokes its access on our side.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the one in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.

By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to countries outside your country of residence, including to the United States and Netherlands, where our primary servers are located.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
